We carry out the organization and integral production of this important international event as the single supplier in direct contact with the ministerial officials responsible for it. Alongside them we produce the entire design of the event. We transformed the entire space, which consisted of two rooms for meetings and debates, with graphic, signage, furniture, carpet, lighting and technical and audiovisual equipment with the maximum benefit; large format screens, closed circuit television, and cession signal for the live broadcast in “Televisión Española”. We also installed a pressroom for the different national and international media that were covering the congress and we organized the simultaneous translation for six languages, as well as the whole protocol, a very important element in these types of events with the presence of leaders and diplomatic representatives of the UN member states.
