Chiesi Convention
What better way to motivate a team than to use good music? This is exactly what we did for Chiesi, the pharmaceutical company based in Barcelona.
We are gonna rock! With this leitmotiv in mind, this convention was held to strengthen the team spirit and prioritise the goals that can be achieved together.
There were three full days with over 300 people at an event that had not been held in person for two years. A unique time with a great atmosphere, in which we encouraged the participants to explore their rock-and-roll nature to the rhythm of "We will rock you".
Discussions, live music, rock star photocalls, sports activities and a big farewell party fulfilled their business purpose: happy employees - happy customers - happy results.
