Goal: Zero emissions

Volvo trucks presents its ambitious sustainable decarbonization programme

CLIENT: VOLVO

Presenting a long-term strategic decarbonization programme aimed at hitting the zero emissions goal is a kind of project that requires maximum attention.

If on top of that you plan to showcase the new electric trucks’ fleet during the same event, the logistic challenge is even greater.

And this was the client’s brief: organizing an event where both the message of sustainable commitment and the showcased vehicles (of quite an impressive size) would play the main role.

The venue scouting, the lighting proposal, the space styling and stage design were, hence, determined by the need to have these two elements in the spotlight.

Satellite Pavilion (Casa de Campo) was the final choice due to its perfect industrial look and feel, great capacity to showcase the vehicles, and absence of decoration which allowed us to design and style the space in the best way to highlight the main elements.

And the result was a 2-day event at a mesmerizing venue where the minimalistic stage contrasted with impressive projections on the walls, ceiling and vehicles themselves, and where a number of presentations and colloquiums put the brand’s sustainable proposal on the spotlight. More than 200 attendees among dealers, workshops, media, sales personnel and employees.
