Over 800 IE University students gathered for a weekend full of activities to reconnect with the alumni community.
How?
"Welcome Back Home." With this motivational phrase, over 800 students from #IEuniversity from all over the world were welcomed to the Global Alumni Weekend 2023 (GAW). An annual weekend filled with masterclasses, networking opportunities, and fun activities to reconnect and celebrate the university's alumni community.
For this event, we organized activations at three different locations in Madrid: Caleido Tower, the IE headquarters on María de Molina Street, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid. 4foreverything took care of the customization and decoration of each of these spaces, set design, audiovisual technical coordination, access management, and signage, in addition to designing and coordinating various fun activities and team buildings at the María de Molina venue.
The weekend concluded with a gala dinner and a DJ show held at the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel.
